Apartments in Rogowo
The investment in Rogowo covered the development of 3,200 m² of parking surface using N50 PRO and N50 PLUS systems. The application of reinforced grids enabled the creation of stable parking infrastructure directly adjacent to the seaside forest. Thanks to the high load-bearing capacity of both models, the surface is fully prepared for constant loads generated by vehicles, while maintaining resistance to rutting.
The applied system guarantees rapid drainage of rainwater directly into the ground, which is crucial for the protection of the local ecosystem. Filling the cells with aggregate allowed for an aesthetic, level surface that seamlessly complements the modern architecture of the apartments and the natural surroundings. The choice of Natan Plast grids ensured the durability of the hardened surface while maintaining complete water retention throughout the entire investment area.
